Senior Application Developer

We are seeking a proven senior developer who will enhance our ability to develop high end applications and manage multiple programmers and their projects.
The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed, learn and grow, while supporting and potentially becoming the Chief Developer.
The position requires someone capable of dealing with multiple, simultaneous deadlines while contributing as a key member of our exciting business. This demanding position will appeal to a senior level developer that has proven experience and is ready to advance their career in a company with limitless possibilities.

Key Responsibilities: |

Building, improving and professionally maintaining new and existing code libraries and application development projects.

Participating and performing the role of sales engineer with current and prospective customers.

Collaborating with clients and internal resources to deliver professionally finished projects on time and on budget.

Designing, implementing and enforcing “Best Practices” for all application services functions internally and externally.

Managing and auditing all application services delivered by Toggle staff, partners and contractors.

Providing expertise and participating in strategy planning within the Toggle Team.

Prerequisite Skills: |

Advanced PHP (2 – 3 Years)

Advanced XHTML / CSS (4 – 5 Years)

Advanced JavaScript (Ajax) an Asset

Advanced ASP (VB Script) (2 – 3 Years)

Database Design / Integration (MySQL, SQL Server)

Mild Photoshop knowledge (Slicing designs)

Flash / Actionscript knowledge an asset.
